I've known I need to journal more. Since I have internets on my phone, maybe this will make it easier.
Current things founding in ky life right now:
House is for sale, we have a offer from some people, which are the same people who made the first offer but weren't able to qualify. Apparently they can quAlify now. We are still waiting to hear if we will be Be to short sale our house. We owe 195,000, but we are selling for only 145,000. The economy is real bad right now. We are on a 15 yr loan and are at 4.5% interest. Our loan is divided from when we moved and bought the duplex. They won't let us refinance, combine the loans, pretty much our only option is to short sale it. I hope it goes through and we are able to get rid of the balance. That would be a huge relief, the equity line is due in 5 years, I quit Fresh Market and work at the school 4 days a week, making only 9.39 an hour. I was making 13.36 at Fresh Market, so its a big pay cut. It will be so nice not having to work nights and weekends and summers, but these kids at preschool are driving me BANANAS. I went from being drove nutty by stupid customers to going nutty from dummy preschoolers parents. They are ridiculous, seriously, unbelievably, ridiculous! Not to mention that Dennis is so flakey, and unorganized. We have lots of dumb meetings and rules, that are redundant. So I'm working at the school, which is nice, since the kids are there also. I'm already trying for different district positions, like a lunch lady, or office worker, something, anything that doesn't involve kids!! Sheesh.
The kids are back in school. Liv's in kindergarten. She has a wonderfully patient, kind, loving teacher. Ms. Nemelka. Liv is very smart and spunky. I was told yesterday from a office worker that she is the smallest kid in her class, but has more personality than them all together. I agree, she can be quite sneaky and rebellious, but she's wonderful. I am so lucky to have her. I can't imagine my life without her.
